Returns and Refunds
Returns are the responsibility of customers and at their cost.
The packages must be checked by the customer within 14 days of receipt, the claims will no longer be admissible beyond this period.
Send an email to orders@dragondiffusion.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods to inform that you want to return the product(s), with the following information in the email: Name, order number, reference the product(s) to be returned.
The returned product(s) must be new, unused and in their original box perfectly intact, any product returned unpackaged will be refused or will be subject to a 9€ withholding on the refund.
The customer must keep the proof of deposit of the package that will be given to him by the carrier. In case of loss of the package, no refund will be made without this proof of deposit. All returned products must be returned perfectly intact.
Upon receipt of the package, Dragondiffusion.com will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods. No return will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and that this use or damage makes the products unfit for sale. If the return is refused by Dragon Diffusion, the products will then be returned to the customer at the expense of Dragon Diffusion.be without the customer being able to demand any compensation or right to reimbursement.
The refunding of the returns will be made subject to compliance with these conditions of return, Dragondiffusion.com will proceed to the refunding of the returned products within 15 days following the reinstatement in stock of the goods.

For Customers in European Union Countries:

For International Customer (Outside EU Countries):
All sales are considered final for international orders. By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this no-returns and no-refund policy.
